How manage your employee survey

Use this page to review and manage your survey. Start by reviewing the questionnaire, invitation, and reminders. Then, look at the suggested process and schedules. It's easy to make adjustments as needed, then email the invitation. Use the checklist and schedules, below, to manage the entire process.

Suggested Process for survey

  1. Preview documents on screen
  2. Add department and location names and codes, if desired
  3. Email invitations and reminders to yourself for review
  4. Edit emails as appropriate for your organization
  5. Secure necessary approvals
  6. Copy and email invitation to employees
  7. Adjust your survey deadline by editing “Survey end date” (Step 8) which is located below, under the Suggested process and timeline section
  8. After survey is complete, review basic report with management and communicate with employees

Sample invitation for empolyees

Here is an invitation for your employees. Think about any customization you’d like to make, e.g. adding your company’s name, choosing an appropriate salutation (“colleague”, “associate”, etc.) and adding an appropriate signature.

You can access the questionnaire at any time by clicking the link below. If you are using paper questionnaires and doing the data entry in-house, use this link to fill out each individual questionnaire.
